This comprehensive brand guideline project establishes the visual foundation for Zoho Europe’s social media presence across multiple platforms. Designed to empower marketing teams while maintaining brand consistency, these guidelines translate Zoho’s enterprise identity into actionable, platform-specific design standards.
The Challenges
In the fast-paced SaaS landscape, maintaining brand coherence across diverse social media platforms while enabling rapid content creation presents a significant challenge. Teams needed clear, practical guidelines that balance creative flexibility with brand integrity, ensuring every post reinforces Zoho’s professional identity without stifling productivity.
The Solution
I developed a strategic design system that combines prescriptive technical specifications with visual best practices. The guidelines feature:
- Platform-Optimized Specifications: Precise dimensions and format recommendations tailored to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram’s unique requirements
- Hierarchical Typography System: Structured font sizing (60-80pt titles through 18-22pt disclaimers) with carefully calibrated letter-spacing rules that enhance readability while maintaining brand character
- Intelligent Color Framework: Product-aligned color mapping (red for Analytics/Marketing, green for Desk/Finance, blue for CX, yellow for Zoho One) that strengthens product recognition and creates intuitive visual associations
- Quality Control Protocols: Clear guardrails against common design pitfalls—preventing stretched logos, unauthorized effects, and inconsistent spacing that dilute brand perception
Design Concept
